M/S.Karvy Solar Power Limited v. The State Of Telangana

HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO W.P.M.P.No.27080/2017 in/and WRIT PETITION No.18468 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard. The petition in W.P.M.P.No.27080 of 2017 is ordered permitting to represent the writ petitioner entity by Santosh Kumar Roparthy instead of M.Srinivasa Chakravarthy. Said Roparthy is present and also the 7th respondent M/ s ACME PV Powertech Limited represented by Krishna Mohan and also the deponent of the counter affidavit by name M.V.V.S.Reddy.

A joint memo of compromise between the petitioner and the 7th respondent is submitted by the parties and the learned counsel Sri R.Vinod Reddy appearing for respondents 2 to 6 endorsed of no objection to record the compromise. Pursuant to the above and after hearing from the appearance of the parties and the advocates, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise.

Accordingly and in the result, the W.P.M.P.No.25907 of 2017 is allowed and the Writ Petition is disposed of as compromised. The Registry to append the joint memo as part of the order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
