Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. In fact, M.V.O.P. No.111 of 2009 on the file of II-Additional District Judge-cum-Motor Vehicle Accident Tribunal, Kurnool at Adoni, was allowed with directions on 19.11.2015.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous, and, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
