This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in Crime No.336 of 2010 on the file of II Town Police Station, Kurnool registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC read with Section 34 IPC pursuant to forwarding of complaint by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both parties have represented that the cause in the criminal petition no longer survives and has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
