THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.34055 OF 2014 O R D E R :

The Standing Counsel for AP TRANSCO, Sri N.Siva Reddy, states that the impugned tender notification dt.12.08.2014 as amended by proceedings dt.20.08.2014 has since been withdrawn and that a subsequent notification has been issued for awarding Operation & Maintenance work of electrical sub-stations in Kadapa District, and so this Writ Petition has become infructuous. This is not disputed by the counsel for petitioner.

2. In view of the said submission, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and therefore this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
