The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 13.07.2016 passed in WP.MP.No.26444 of 2016 in WP.No.21532 of 2016.

When the matter is listed today, both the counsel stated that the order has been complied with.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
