When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, as the petitioner's firm was debarred from participating in future tenders from 09.01.2018 to 08.01.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
