.. Respondents This court made the following :
- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5966 OF 2019 ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home.
2.
This writ petition is filed alleging inaction of the respondents in complying with the directions issued by III-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in E.P.No.333 of 2018. E.A.No.45 of 2019 was filed by the petitioners to provide police aid in execution of warrant against the judgment debtors. The Execution Court passed orders on 22.02.2019 directing the Station House Officer, Golconda Police Station, Hyderabad to provide police aid to the Court bailiff in execution of warrant for delivery of possession of E.P. schedule property to the decree holders. When it was reported that the said order was not complied, the Court passed further orders on 15.03.2019 reiterating the earlier directions issued. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioners alleges that inspite of these two directions, so far police aid is not provided to the Bailiff.
4.
On instructions, learned Government Pleader would submit that police are willing to provide police protection, as ordered on any date at any time whenever the bailiff makes a request.
5.
Learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, submits that the Bailiff is ready to execute the warrant on 23.03.2019.
- 3 - 6.
Having regard to the same, if the Bailiff approaches the Station House Officer, Golconda Police Station seeking police protection for execution of warrant, the police shall provide police protection to the Bailiff of the Court for execution of warrant issued in E.A.No.45 of 2019 in E.P.No.333 of 2018. 7.
With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
