This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C,) by the petitionerAccused No.7 to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.1392 of 2022 on the file of Miyapur Police Station, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 of Indian penal Code (for short "IPC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - Accused No.7 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

3. The respondent No.2 who is father-in-law of this petitioner/A7 filed a complaint alleging that this petitioner was married to his daughter. However, he narrated several incidents ultimately stating that this petitioner along with others had cheated him. As seen from the complaint, several allegations like harassment, additional dowry and taking amount, etc. are stated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that daughter of respondent No,2, who is the wife of this petitioner already filed a complaint which was charge sheeted by the Miyapur Police. As seen from the charge sheet, the respondent No.2 has cited his witnesses and the allegations alleged therein are similar to the allegations which are made in the present complaint. 5.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating officer in respect of FIR No.1392 of 2022 on the file of Miyapur police Station, to conclude investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner _ Accused No.7. Further, the petitioner - Accused No.7 shall co_operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. Further, charge sheet which is already filed shall also be taken into consideration by the investigating agency since the allegations leveled therein and in the present complaint appear to be similar.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed off.
