Heard.

This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with civil dispute concerning the peaceful possession of machinery under security at the behest of respondent N.4, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that a false allegation was made by the petitioner and respondent authorities are not interfering with his possession. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum seeking the relief against the respondent authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.
