HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18141 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in evaluating the Thesis submitted by the petitioner on 14.10.2011 and also not conducting VIVA-VOCE as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Higher Education for the State of Andhra Pradesh.
At the time of arguments, both counsel in one voice submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.33624 of 2014 and batch. They further submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the writ petition No.33624 of 2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.33624 of 2014 and batch. The respondents 2 and 3 are hereby directed to place the Thesis of the petitioner before the Monitoring and Development committee constituted by the respondents for evaluation of the Thesis within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondents are further directed to communicate the decision of the committee within one week from the date of the matter being placed before the committee.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As
a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
