THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.16262 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Rc.No.388/2016/C dated 02.05.2016 issued under Section 32 (7)(a) of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 cancelling the election of the managing committee of the society as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition in view of the orders of the Cooperative Tribunal dated 08.12.2016 in EOP No.23 of 2016. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
