HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4313 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of C.P.C., is filed against the docket order, dated 20.07.2015, in E.A.No.472 of 2015 in E.A.No.510 of 2015 in E.P.No.529 of 2014 on the file of the I-Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The 1st respondent-Chit Fund Company has filed the aforesaid E.P., seeking execution of the award passed under the Chit Funds Act, 1982. In the said E.P., the present application in E.A.No.472 of 2015 is filed to stay the execution of the decree. By the impugned order dated 20.07.2015, the said application was dismissed. As rightly observed by the trial Court, the present application in E.A.No.472 of 2015 cannot be entertained by the Executing Court. Hence, we do not find any merits in this revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
