THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.857 OF 2012 ORDER:

None appears for either party.

The order passed by this Court on 11.09.2019 reads as under:- "It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the 1st respondent before the Lok Adalat where under the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees seven lakh only) to the 1st respondent towards permanent alimony and thereby, the present Crl.RC. has become infructuous.

However, to produce the copy of the said Award, post on 16.09.2019 under the same caption."

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Lok Adalath, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the present Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
