O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation had not settled his terminal service benefits.

Pursuant to the interim direction dated 13.04.2007 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2006 in this regard within a timeframe, it is now stated that the petitioner's service benefits were settled on 12.01.2009. In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration.

The writ petition is accordingly closed leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies if he has any continuing grievance as to the quantum and determination of the service benefits.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
