This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/A-1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.9 of 2015 in RC.No.27(A)/2014-CBI-ACBChennai, dated 5.3.2015, on the file of the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Nampally, Hyderabad.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner/A-1 are punishable under Section 120-B I.P.C. and Sections 7, 12 and 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a discharge application before the trial Court and raise all the points, and on such application, the trial Court is directed to consider the same and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
