Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim directions of this court in WPMP.No.35345 of 2011 in W.P.No.28609 of 2011 dated 27.10.2011, the representation of the petitioner for consideration of his case for providing employment under breadwinner scheme has been rejected by the respondents on 23.11.2011 and hence the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge the said proceedings. In view of the above submission, writ petition is closed, with liberty as prayed for.
