Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests (Telangana).

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the respondents in disposing of his representations dt.10-06-2017 and 18-12-2017 made to 2nd respondent for release of ten increments which have been withheld by 2nd respondent, and to revise his pensionary benefits taking into consideration the final order dt.09-04-2009 in W.P.No.31447 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that having received the said representation no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
