THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.197 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.345 of 2012 from the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to XXV Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar petition before the appropriate forum.
