Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of Tata Ace Auto bearing registration No.AP 20Y 2835. The said vehicle along with 15 quintals of rice was seized on 25.05.2015 at Garla Village, when the seized stock was being transported from Pedda Thanda Village, Khammam Rural Mandal from the house of one Gogulothu Naju, to dispose of the same in Khammam town. It appears that 6-A proceedings are pending before the 2nd respondent. The allegation of the petitioner is that though she has submitted a representation dated 27.05.2015 for releasing the auto, no orders have been passed.

3. It is an admitted case that the auto along with 15 quintals of rice was seized and the petitioner does not own the quantity of rice seized. She is concerned with the auto only being the owner of the same. The 6-A proceedings are pending before the 2nd respondent as already stated above.

4. In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to order release of the Tata Ace Auto bearing registration No.AP 20Y 2835 on condition of the petitioner furnishing a bank guarantee for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the satisfaction of the 2nd respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders with regard to the same with the usual conditions of non-alienation and production of the auto as and when directed.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any,
