THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.5131 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2017 for correction of clerical errors in the revenue records. This Court noticed that the petitioner submitted a representation without following the procedure prescribed under the provisions of the Act and the rules made therein.

In view of the same, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit an appropriate application in accordance with the rules and, as and when such application is filed by the petitioner, it is needless to observe that the fourth respondent - Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
