Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instructions from his trial Court counter-part that the parties have already compromised the matter and no further cause would survive in the present Criminal Revision Case. Taking the said submission into consideration, the Criminal Revision Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
