Petitioner, who is A11 in Cr.No.597 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur Urban District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 302 r/w 34 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Petition shall stand closed.
