ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that respondents are interfering with the life and liberty of petitioner without due process of law.

It is not in dispute that Crime No.133 of 2019 is registered in Kukatpalli Police Station. Petitioner obtained bail on 13.03.2019. 3.

Since crime is already registered, it cannot be said that Police are illegally interfering with the life and liberty of petitioner. Police are entitled to investigate into the crime reported. However, it is needless to observe that respondents shall not harass the petitioner and call him to the Police Station unless required in the process of investigation and shall follow due process in conducting investigation in the crime reported against the petitioner. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
