P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in support of the Crirninal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant bail to the Petitioner/ Accused in Crime No.36 of2020 on the file of Police Station, Kanchanbagh The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri R Anurag Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent No. l, the Court made the following. ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 for grant of bail in Crime No.36 of 2O2O of Kanchanbagh Police Station, Santoshnagar, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 (2)(n), 4L7, 3L2, 493 IPC and Section 3(2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1, the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1/State and perused the record.
3. The material placed on record reveals that out of live-in relationship this case has been registered and under investigation.
There is specafic allegation that when the petitioner/accused No,1 refused to marry the respondent No.2/ de facto comptainant, she was forced to lodge the report. The allegations levelled are required to be determined in the course of investigation. Under these circumstances, it is a fit case to grant bail on the following terms and conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner/accused No.1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2O,OOO/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VII Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Nampally, Hyderabad. On such release, the petitioner/accused No.1 shall not leave his residential house until further orders, except attending the Court as and when called to do so 5.
In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
