THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.835 OF 2007 ORDER:

On 6.4.2018 when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed on 9.4.2018 under the caption of "for dismissal". On 10.4.2018 at request, the matter was adjourned to 11.4.2018 and again on 11.4.2018 and 16.4.2018, when the matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, when the matter came up in the forenoon session, none appeared for the petitioners. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, but there was no representation on behalf of petitioners.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
