The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by him on 17.08.2015 under Section 5(5) the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') before the 3rd respondent against the orders passed by the 4th respondent in proceeding No.B/2328/2014 dated 23.07.2015 in respect of land in Sy.No.255, admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas situated at Chowderguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Rangareddy District is not being disposed of. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 17.08.2015 in accordance with law after issuing notices to the affected parties. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
