It is asserted by learned counsel for petitioner and accepted by learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents that in similar circumstances, this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No.35185 of 2017 vide order, dated 24.10.2017, directed the Revenue Divisional Officer to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. In the light of the above, following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
