ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the auction notification, dated 23.12.2015, of respondent No.4 as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr. K.R.Prabhakar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4, submitted that auction was already held in pursuance of the auction notification and that either the petitioners or their benamis have emerged as the highest bidders.

Mr. Vedula Venkatramana, learned senior counsel

appearing for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh Writ Petition in the event they feel aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.1657 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
