wp_20568_2002 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These Writ Petitions are filed against interim orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') pending the O.As.

At the hearing, Sri D.Linga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that during pendency of these Writ Petitions, final orders have been passed by the Tribunal in the O.As. and that therefore the said O.As., having been finally disposed of, rendered the cause in these Writ Petitions infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous. 4.
