This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any steps to file status report as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to file the status report before the Sub-divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam as sought for vide Lr.No.Rc.No.A/SPL/2015, dated 16.10.2015.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced a copy of the report dated 06.12.2016 and states that the they have submitted the same before the Mobile Court. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
