The petitioner complains inaction in disposing of the representations dated 16-05-2016, 20-06-2016, 25.07.2016 and 05.06.2017 The Assistant Government Pleader referring to written instructions submits that survey since has been conducted, the 4th respondent will communicate by registered post with acknowledgment due, the outcome of survey already conducted in this behalf within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
