THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25899 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 5, in not taking any action against the unofficial respondents 6 and 7, who are constructing kitchen, water sump etc., on the public road, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for rerdressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 16.05.2017 to the third respondent, however no action has been taken so far. He, therefore, requests to direct the respondent-municipal corporation to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some time frame.

In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the third respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 16.05.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, after giving notice to all the stake-holders.
