THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4982 of 2018 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings, dated 08.02.2018, issued by respondent No.3-Collector, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District directing respondent No.6-Distrcit Manager, Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District to take appropriate action against the petitioner for non-compliance with the terms relating to custom milling of CMR paddy and for non-delivery of the custom milling rice.

On 16.02.2018, this Court passed the following interim order:

"Petitioner submits that in terms of G.O.Ms.No.21, dated 16.10.2017, CMR delivery can be affected with respect to kharif marketing season on or before 28.02.2018 and as on date, the shortfall of delivery is 22947.49 quintals (85 ACKs) of rice and he undertakes to supply the entire quantity on or before 28.02.2018. Hence, there shall be interim suspension of the impugned proceedings till 28.02.2018.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had fulfilled the obligation of delivery of 6301.100 metric tons of rice and prays that the writ petition may be closed, giving liberty to the

petitioner to work out its remedies with respect to any further proceedings that may be initiated by the respondents, in accordance with law.

Sri Jagan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 does not dispute the same.

Having considered the respective submissions, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies with respect to any further proceedings that may be initiated by the respondents, in accordance with law.
