This Writ Petition is filed alleging inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in taking action on the complaint filed by petitioner on 01.03.2019, even though cognizable offence is reported. 2.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that based on the complaint filed by petitioner on 01.03.2019, Crime No.56 of 2019 is registered on 20.03.2019 in Charminar Police Station.

In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
