THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29847 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Keshava Rao, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 01.03.2017, and the same is pending consideration. A copy of the said representation is also filed along with the writ petition as material paper. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that though the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation on 01.03.2017, the appropriate authority for consideration of the said representation is the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned zone.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the concerned authority of the respondent Municipal Corporation, within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and if any such application is made within the time stipulated above, the same shall be considered and appropriate further action shall be taken in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
