SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1820 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are accused Nos.4, 5 and 7, in Crime No.280 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Manchal Police Station, Cyberabad District. The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 3.

Learned Public Prosecutor brings to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail petition filed by the accused Nos.4, 6 and 7, seeking anticipatory bail, was dismissed by this Court, by virtue of the orders in Criminal Petition No.509 of 2018 on 30.01.2018. 4.

A perusal of the said order shows that considering the merits of the case, this Court dismissed the said Petition opining that it was not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to them.

5.

Hence, in the light of the above, this Criminal Petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
