This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the Crime No.10/2011 on the file of Itikalapalli Police station registered against the petitioners of the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submits that charge sheet has already been filed against the present petitioner and the case is numbered as C.C.No.477/2013 and is pending on the file of Excise Court, Anantapur.

Taking note of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the information furnished to him, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
