THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTI CE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRI T PETI TI ON No.29188 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner seeks a writ of habeas corpus to produce his brother, Chanda Shekar, who was detained pursuant to the proceedings dated 23.08.2017 of the Collector and District Magistrate, Nalgonda District, and to set him at liberty.

The learned Government Pleader for Home, State of Telangana, would inform us that the order of detention passed against the petitioner's brother, Chanda Shekar, was revoked by the Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Rt. No.1943, GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (SPL. (LAW & ORDER) DEPARTMENT, dated 12.09.2017.

In the light of the afore-stated development, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
