Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Keshava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Petitioner had applied on 19-07-2016 for grant of permission to make construction in the subject property to the 2nd respondent. Petitioner alleges that no decision has been communicated to the petitioner till date. 3.

Sri P.Keshava Rao, learned Standing Counsel, states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's application in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's application in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
