THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.38536 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to the alleged interference by the police authorities in the civil disputes with the unofficial respondents in relation to the subject land at Nizampet Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The Sub-Inspector of Police, K.P.H.B. Police Station, Cyberabad, furnished written instructions dated 18.12.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that the civil dispute between the parties was sub judice before the learned Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District in O.S.Nos.155 and 239 of 2015. He further stated that as the matter was pending before the civil Court, interference by the police did not arise. He denied the allegations to the contrary made by the petitioners. The stand of the police authorities as set out in the aforestated written instructions is taken on record.

In the light thereof, no adjudication is called for and the writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
