This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 31.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.1949 of 2017 in O.S.No.201 of 2012 on the file of IV Additional District Court, East Godavari, Kakinada. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to urge the points raised in this revision petition before the trial Court. 3.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
