Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy of appeal/revision.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy of appeal/revision available to them under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
