None appears for the parties.

This writ petition was filed in the year 2010 and it last appeared before the Court in February, 2012. No interim order at any point of time was passed by the Court. That seems to be the reason why, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
