HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 304 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

We have perused the order of learned Single Judge and other materials, including the materials placed by learned counsel for respondent-writ petitioner before us.

Learned counsel for parties have agreed for order that we propose to pass, and have fairly stated that we need not record reasons for disposal of the appeal. Hence, we pass the following order:

"The order, dated 17.12.2014, passed in W.P.No.31860 of 2014 is set aside. The appellant-University is directed to consider the respondent's representation, dated 01.10.2014, referred to in W.P.No.31860 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order. It is needless to mention that the University shall consider and decide the respondent's representation on merits in accordance with law and shall communicate their decision to the respondent within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom. It is open to the respondent to make additional representation, if they so desire and advised and place supporting material on record within a period of two (2) weeks

from today."

The appeal is accordingly allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
