HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11782 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted online application dated 06.01.2017 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4.00 cents in Survey No.70/5, Ac.20.48 cents in Survey No.70/3/A, Ac.23.55 cents in Survey No.70/3/E, and Ac.19.03 cents in Survey No.70/4, situated at Nandigam Village, Penchkalet Mandal, Kumurumbheem Asifabad District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioners dated 06.01.2017, for mutation and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
