THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.5196 of 2018 Order:

In spite of granting ten days time, learned Government Pleader did not get any instructions. Hence, this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition on the basis of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the land of an extent of Ac.7.32 gts., situated in Survey No.58 of Varipeta village, Kasipet Mandal, Mancherial District. He states that he purchased the said land under a registered sale deed dated 03.07.2007, which was later on amended on 29.02.2016. While so, he submitted an application for mutation of his name in the revenue records on 24.03.2016 and also submitted an application on 11.01.2018 under Form-6A. In spite of the same, when no action was taken by the fourth respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Since proper application was filed by the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records pursuant to a sale deed, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the said application of the petitioner dated 11.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
