Prasad, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Revenue, fairly concedes that that the questions of law sought to be raised by the Revenue have already fallen for consideration in I.T.T.A.No.635 of 2015 and by judgment dated 13.07.2016 rendered therein, this Court held against the Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this appeal is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
