ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be State General Secretary of Telangana SC/ST/BC/Minority Vidyardi Yuvajana Sangham. Grievance of the petitioner is that Singareni Collieries Company Limited (for short SCCL) is not providing reservation to differently abled persons in the employment, though there are several posts where differently abled persons can work. Ventilating the grievance, a representation was submitted on 28.12.2016 to the Chairman and Managing Director of SCCL.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondent company.

Since petitioner has already submitted a representation on behalf of association ventilating the grievance and the same is pending, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
