wp_16763_2004 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorari quashing the judgment of CAT in O.A.No. 535 of 2003 and RASR No. 2326 2003 on the file of Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench by calling for records and consequently declare that the petitioner entered the JAG grade in 1994 and allotted to SG grade in 1998 and pass such order or other orders as deemed fit in the interest of justice. " 2.
On 17-08-2017, this case was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today at the hearing, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 21893 of 2004 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
