HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10525 of 2015 ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.2 to 4 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.343 of 2015-16 of Prohibition & Excise, Narsipatnam Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(c ) r/w 8 (c ) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners are found transporting 135 kgs of Dry Ganja in six gunny bags. The petitioners belong to Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the ganja found in possession of the petitioners is commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
